An experimental cyborg in the shape of a bunny, Unit 68345-73 is actually a virus that the US hopes to spread through Japan's computer systems. Torn between programming and the love of the wild, Omniwind is constantly uncertain. Manufactured in Japan, and abducted to by the Americans, Omniwind has developed an identtity crisis.

Named so to thwart those who think he is aeropowered, Omniwind actually operates on an intricate system of hydraulics and cybornetic chips which enable him to emulate thought process and emotion. Omniwind was given the body of a wild bunny rabbit, and somewhere inside longs to be free of the restraints and the mechanics placed on him by the Americans. He longs to be the bunny that may roam the wild in search of love and companionship. Omniwind needs to be free.
